March 2007 Meeting Minutes
What's up everyone? Okay, so this e-mail is a bit late, but whatever.
Congratulations to Jake Easter for being the Student of the Month of February, and to Mrs. Renard for being the Teacher of the Quarter.
To everyone who brought his or her books: Good Job! If you didn't, then you are in a big pile of crap. E-mail Katie at ohsparky007 "at" yahoo.com if you have them but have not turned them in…probation is a nasty thing.
The next blood drive in is in April: Kelly and James B. are the chairs. Memo to you two: you need to meet with Mrs. Easter sometime this week.
The new member induction is on the 5th of April. Everyone is expected to be there unless he or she has written note from a coach or other proof of not skipping.

- Rockhill Carnival on March 24: two-hour shifts, sign up in Mrs. Easter's room
- Parks and Rec. EggSplosion on March 31…Mrs. Easer's room
- Pixie Stix in April and May: sell 20 for a point
- Car Washes: in May
- Assisted Living Center: March 28
- Margaret Brent: next Tuesday (March 13)
- School Beautification: March 16
- A.G. Wright Tutoring: on Mondays…not sure when the next one is
- Garrisonville Elementary Tutoring: Thursdays…next week I believe
For all the chairpeople: when you are in charge of an event and are going to send out a reminder e-mail, try to do so a few days before the event so that more people can make the time to help.
